This is the first report of the Business Mobility Observatory (Obser¬vatorio de Movilidad Empresarial), an initiative of the Network of Chambers of Commerce of Colombia (Confecámaras) and IDB Invest. It aims to identify the key drivers affecting the survival and growth of Colombian companies that were created in 2017 and still exist in 2022, to inform the design and implementation of public and private programs and policies, as well as business strategies, that strengthen the business environment and job creation.
