Project scope and objective
The transaction consists of the granting of stand-by letters of credit to local commercial banks in connection with the leasing of imported equipment by subsidiaries of Sacyr Construcción SAU for up to US$20 million by eligible subsidiaries in Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. These eligible subsidiaries will use the equipment in strategic infrastructure projects in the region.
