Project scope and objective
Inmobiliaria Ruba, S.A. de C.V. (“Ruba”) acquires, develops, and markets integrated housing projects in the social, middle-income, and residential housing segments. The proposed operation consists of granting Ruba and its subsidiaries: i) a long-term revolving facility to finance social and middle-income housing projects in Mexico; and ii) an uncommitted revolving reverse factoring facility to monetize creditor rights arising from the sale of goods or services by suppliers to Ruba.
