The transaction consists of a reverse factoring uncommitted revolving credit line in Mexico to finance suppliers based in Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Chile, El Salvador, Uruguay, Guatemala, Barbados and Ecuador, by acquiring supplier credit rights, and by issuing guarantees in favor of eligible financial institutions, in the form of unfunded participations in such supplier credit rights.
