Project scope and objective
The proposed financing involves a senior loan to Consorcio Transmataro S.A. to support the construction of the following three transmission lines and associated substations in Peru:
(i) San Jose – Yarabamba 500 kV (Arequipa)
(ii) Piura Nueva – Colan 220 kV (Piura)
(iii) Belaunde Terry – Tarapoto Norte 220 kV (San Martin)
The project's development objective is to ensure the current and future reliability of the national electricity system.
