Project scope and objective

The purpose of this IIC operation is to provide CARVIMSA with financing for working capital in order to meet its current needs and support its future expansion plans.

CARVIMSA is part of Grupo Comeca. It began operations in 1997 and its main line of business is manufacturing, marketing, and distributing folding and ready-to-use crates made of corrugated cardboard and linerboard, and paper from its own mill. It serves such sectors as agribusiness, fisheries, textiles, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverages.

Since 2001 it has had an ISO 9001-certified quality management system, which allows for the ongoing improvement of its industrial processes.
