The IIC calls young professionals to participate in its CREA TU FUTURO Program

The Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), the private sector arm of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group, has opened a call for young professionals who wish to participate in the first edition of its CREA TU FUTURO Program. The CREA TU FUTURO Program is aimed at Master graduates in Business Administration, Finance, Economics and International Relations who wish to gain work experience in a multilateral organization working with the private sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. Applicants must be under 30 years of age and have relevant work experience of more than two years. The duration of the program is 36 months. The young people selected will work on innovative projects with the potential to transform the markets and economies of the region. The Program provides participants with the opportunity to develop their potential and explore their professional outlook through a broad and deep understanding of the IIC's business and strategy, performing tasks in different sectors and countries in which the organization operates. Young people can apply until June 30, 2017. In August 2017, the names of those selected will be announced. Work assignments will start in October 2017. Those selected will join the IIC offices at their headquarters in Washington DC, or any of its 26 offices in Latin America and the Caribbean.
