The Board of Executive Directors of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) resolved on March 22 that the Annual Meeting of the IDB Board of Governors will not be held in Chengdu, People’s Republic of China from March 28 to 31, 2019. 

Since the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) holds its Annual Meeting in conjunction with the IDB, the Annual Meeting of the IDB Invest Board of Governors will also not be held in Chengdu during the referenced dates.

The IDB Board resolved that management will present its recommendations for the location and date of the 2019 Annual Meetings within a period of 30 days.
