Mr. Flaiban has partnered with 50+ financial intermediaries in LAC and has been responsible for more than $1 billion in sustainable financing and technical assistance to promote access to financing for climate change projects, women-led SMEs and trade. Prior to joining the IDB Group, Mr. Flaiban worked as a Senior Financial Institution Consultant for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. Mr. Flaiban is a Public Accountant from University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Virginia, USA.
