Marilyn Penedo
Maryline Penedo is Lead Development Effectiveness Officer at IDB Invest where she leads the division's work on supervision and reporting of IDB Invest portfolio’s impact results. She has 13 years of experience in impact measurement in different sectors and played a key role in the conceptualization and positioning of IDB Invest's Impact Management Framework. Prior to joining IDB Invest, she worked on impact measurement and women’s economic empowerment for the IDB Lab, the MDG Achievement Fund and UN Women, in different countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. She also worked as an economist in the private sector in Brussels. Maryline has a MS in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a MA in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris in France, and is a former Fulbright scholar.
