Bruno Sbardellini Cossi

Bruno Cossi is a Corporate Governance Officer based in Washington DC and he has been with IDB Invest since May, 2017. Before joining IDB Invest, Bruno was a transactional lawyer at leading firms in São Paulo, New York, and Tokyo, with more than 15 years of experience dedicated to advising clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, particularly corporate governance. He has taught courses on such topic at Insper, a respected university in Brazil. Bruno has a bachelor’s degree in law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and a master’s degree (LL.M.) from Columbia University School of Law.
