Atualmente, o Grupo Promedon atua diretamente na América Latina, no Brasil, Chile, México e Argentina, e na Europa, na Alemanha, Áustria, Suíça, Suécia, Espanha, Holanda e Portugal. A operação proposta consiste em um empréstimo de médio prazo à Companhia para o desenvolvimento de novos produtos e equipamentos médicos, incluindo testes clínicos e registro de produtos em vários mercados.
