A operação proposta consiste na concepção, construção, operação e manutenção da Usina Fotovoltaica Mendubim, com capacidade de aproximadamente 452,76 megawatts (“MW”) e uma subestação, bem como uma linha de transmissão de 230 quilovolts (“kV”) de 5,17 quilômetros (“km”) de comprimento para conectar a Usina FV à rede interligada brasileira na Subestação Açu III, já existente (“o Projeto”). O Projeto será desenvolvido no município do Assú, no estado do Rio Grande do Norte, Brasil.
