O Projeto consiste na construção, operação e manutenção de serviços de distribuição de água, coleta e tratamento de esgoto em Manaus, no estado do Amazonas, conforme exigido pelo contrato de concessão concedido à Manaus Ambiental S.A (“Águas de Manaus ou AdM”), empresa constituída sob as leis do Brasil. O investimento do projeto está alinhado às metas contratuais de universalização da cobertura de distribuição de água do patamar atual de 98% para 99% e da cobertura de coleta e tratamento de esgoto de 27% para 90%.
