Project scope and objective
BID Invest está considerando otorgar un financiamiento estructurado a LGF Occidente, S.A. de C.V. SOFOM ENR (“Creditas México”), la plataforma on-line de préstamos con garantías hipotecarias y de automóviles en México. El uso de los fondos del financiamiento propuesto es para financiar el portafolio de préstamos originados por Creditas México y otorgados a microempresarios y propietarios de negocios pequeños. Creditas México ofrece préstamos a tasa asequible utilizando tecnología y análisis de datos para aumentar la eficiencia en los esfuerzos operativos y de distribución, y considerando el valor de garantía física.
El principal objetivo de la transacción propuesta es aumentar el acceso al financiamiento para microempresarios y propietarios de negocios pequeños.
