La transacción propuesta consiste en una línea de crédito regional, revolvente y no comprometida por un monto de hasta US$20 millones, bajo la cual BID Invest efectuaría desembolsos en plazos diferenciados destinada a comprar insumos agrícolas a proveedor(es) elegible(s) (la “Facilidad”) de Agrovision Corp. (“Agrovision” o la “Compañía”), especialmente estructurada para cubrir el ciclo de conversión de caja de la producción y comercialización del arándano en México y Perú.
El objetivo de la transacción es el fortalecimiento de los eslabonamientos de su cadena de valor, lo cual permitirá a la Compañía aumentar las exportaciones de arándanos.
