In this study IDB Invest features a list of recommendations that companies can adopt to start or continue to promote LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace. It contains questions and suggestions ranging from initial initiatives to more advanced measures so that each company can identify and decide which ideas are more appropriate based on their size, composition, and maturity level regarding LGBTQ+ inclusion.
