Guillermo Mulville is British-Argentine is Head Digital Economy at IDB Invest. He joined the organization in 2016 and is headquartered in Washington, D.C. Guillermo has led specialized investment teams in the industry and has worked in a multitude of transactions in the sector, throughout Latin America (as well as in Europe and Africa), since the early '90s. Before working at BID Invest, he spent more than 9 years at the International Finance Corporation (IFC, of ​​the World Bank Group), where he was Head of TMT for the Latin America and the Caribbean region. Prior to that, he worked for 12 years at ABN AMRO Bank throughout the region, as well as for Enron International. He was also a member of the boards of Pan-African and Pan-American broadband and distribution companies. Guillermo holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of San Andrés and a Master in Finance from the Universidad del CEMA, in Argentina.
